Our website and the XLReporting application (the products and services you are buying from us) are hosted with Amazon Web Services and Digital Ocean on secure servers in highly secure data centers.

Your data is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and AES-256 encryption, and processed and stored on secure database servers behind a firewall.

Payments that you make to us are processed by Stripe Inc, and not by us. All payment transactions are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase and subscription transactions. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.
