If you sign up for an account in the XLReporting Application (regardless of whether this is a free trial or paid account), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our:
(click on above links to view and download the PDF documents)The Service Agreement, with all its schedules, constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or "your") and XLReporting Software BV (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to, and use of, the XLReporting Application as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively the “XLReporting Application”).
The Data Processing Agreement, with all its schedules, constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or "your") and XLReporting Software BV (“we”, “us”, or “our”), that states the rights and obligations of each party concerning the protection of personal data.
If you do not agree with all of these Agreements, then you are expressly prohibited from using the XLReporting Application.
Supplemental terms that may be posted on this website from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Agreements at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Effective as of” date of these Agreements, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Agreements to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Agreements by your continued use of the XLReporting Application after the date such revised terms are posted.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when registering. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, company and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If you require a signed copy of these Agreements, or if you require a Non Disclosure Agreement, please contact us to initiate that process.
Our standard Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement permit only the processing of email address, name, and IP address of registered users in the XLReporting Application, and no other personal data. Please refer to Schedule 2 of the Service Agreement, and Schedule 1 of the Data Processing Agreement.
If you have the intent to process any other personal data within your XLReporting account, a separate Data Processing Agreement with an extended Schedule 1 will need to be signed. Please contact us to initiate that process.
