What can I do during a free trial?
Everything you can do with the Enterprise subscription. There are no restrictions or limitations. We offer free setup support, so contact us at any time if you need help.
Why do I need to choose a region?
We operate servers in multiple data centers, which ensures that you will have the best possible responses times and
also that your data remains within your jurisdiction. All data is encryted.
Is my data safe?
We take care of the hosting for you in highly secure data centers across the world with continuous
backups. You can choose in which region (Europe, US & Canada, or Asia Pacific) you want your data to be
What happens if I don't buy?
Your data will be permanently deleted when you cancel your free trial. If you let your free trial expire
without any further activity, your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days (but we will send you
email reminders just in case).
How can I upgrade or cancel my free trial?
You can do that within the application via your account settings. When you cancel your account,
you can export all your data after which it will be permanently deleted in XLReporting.
What support do you offer?
Our online Support Center is free for everyone. if you sign up with us, you are entitled to free setup support via email, skype, and chat. We can even do complex implementations for you.
