We are looking for an ambitious junior SaaS consultant based in the Netherlands with excellent English skills to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an affinity with B2B finance, who wants to gain experience in a versatile and interesting role. You’ll be involved in implementations, customer support, and various marketing and analysis activities, making a direct impact on our growing company.

What will you do?

• Provide support during customer implementations and ensure customers can successfully start with our software.
• Create onboarding training videos and deliver product demos.
• Create (customer) presentations to support sales and client engagement.
• Test new functionalities in our application and provide feedback for improvements.
• Design templates for different sectors and customers.
• Improve customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
• Write blogs to enhance our visibility and deliver valuable content.
• Support customers with questions and issues.
• Work with spreadsheets and online software to manage and present data effectively.
• Have an affinity for reporting and budgeting in mid/large companies, allowing you to help shape customer-focused solutions.
